WebApr 2, 2015 · When I farmed awestones pre-1.10 I did it with the invisible enemies in the Shaded Woods. It's the only item they drop, and there's a ton of them in the area. You'll get to a point where some boss monsters are going to be enemy encounters. Said boss monsters also drop awestones, as do Black Phantoms like the Forlorn.
