WebNov 15, 2024 · The mission of the Danbury Food Collaborative is to support Danbury-area residents facing food insecurity. It brings together 24 food pantries and congregate meal providers across the region to increase their capacity to better serve clients and offer more fresh, healthy food. WebJericho is part of the Danbury Food Collaborative, but also welcomes donations of both food and clothing. Of greatest need are NON-EXPIRED donations of: canned tuna, dried or canned beans, peanut butter, canned soups, oatmeal, healthy cereal, brown/white rice, pasta, pasta sauces, macaroni & cheese.
